Prior to opening her private practice in 2014, Helen worked for 13 years at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)- a WHO Centre of Excellence. While Helen has a Post Grad Certificate in Trauma and EMDR, and specialized in working in trauma, addictions and mental health at CAMH, she treats many clients with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression and self esteem issues using Best Practice interventions. Best practive interventions include CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFT . Her greatest strength is the meaningful and lasting connections she makes with her clients, coupled with her thirst for new knowledge and tailor-made interventions.  She feels privileged to be part of peoples discovery and growth.
